Rindge, NH

Hi everyone!

It's been too long since I've last written a blog post. And taken photos. Much too long.

Since January, we've been living in Rindge, NH. As I've previously mentioned, graduate school has consumed my time (imagine that), and the three of us haven't gone out much. We actually didn't have any snow until today when we got 6 inches! We just had to go for a long walk.

Why my sudden excitement with the snowfall? I have to admit, I'm the first one to count down the days until summer. But, Anouk loves the snow and it makes me happy to see her outside. Plus, the sun was out, and the lighting was just right.

Who doesn't love a long weekend?

The road that we walked on was serene. And glare ice under all that snow. Who knew!

I only fell three times. We decided that snowshoes would have been a great idea. Definitely next time.

The snow didn't stay on the trees long, in fact it was blowing around everywhere.

Anouk had a wonderful time as always.

Anouk slept the entire afternoon after we got back. Tired puppy, happy Mama.

There probably won't be another blog post for awhile, but until then everyone enjoy the last snowflakes of winter. The next photos of Anouk you see might just be in Spring!

Love,

Shannon & Anouk
